PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Depending on the form or data collection process completed by the data subject, the data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Contact: the data provided by the person concerned will be processed exclusively to manage and answer the queries made.
- Cooperative: if you indicate your interest in becoming a member of a cooperative, we will process your personal data to inform you about the process and, where appropriate, to manage the services involved.
- Property management: should you have requested property management services, we will process the data you provide in the context of the provision of services for these purposes.
VERACITY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED
It shall be the User’s responsibility to verify that the information provided is accurate and complete before making any decision regarding any service or content. The User shall also inform HYGGECOOP EUROPE SL of any changes to his/her data so that they are kept up to date at all stages of processing.
LEGAL BASIS FOR THE DATA PROCESSING
The legal basis for the processing of data is the fulfillment of the pre-contractual relationship, or if applicable, the fulfillment of the contractual relationship between the parties, in the terms provided for in Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR.

Likewise, we inform the User that the information collected through this website will not be transferred, unless this is required by law or is necessary for the provision of a service expressly requested by the person concerned.
CONSERVATION OF DATA
The information requested will be kept for the period necessary to manage the provision of the service or to deal with the request for information received. Thereafter, the information will be blocked during the period of limitation of legal action. After this period, the personal data will be deleted.
EXERCISING OF RIGHTS

In exercising his/her right to data portability, he/she shall have the right to have personal data communicated directly from data controller to data controller where technically feasible.

If he/she exercises this right, HYGGECOOP EUROPE SL will no longer process his/her personal data, unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing to override his/her interests, rights and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.

In cases where he/she considers that his/her data protection rights have been violated during the processing of data by HYGGECOOP EUROPE SL, especially when he/she has not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of his/her rights, the User may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

HYGGECOOP uses state-of-the-art technologies to protect your personal data and information and our website is stored on secure servers protected against the most common types of attacks. HYGGECOOP has adopted technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent it from being altered, lost, processed or accessed without authorisation, in view of the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed.
SOCIAL NETWORKS
HYGGECOOP EUROPE SL has a profile on some of the Internet’s main social networks and is responsible for the content published. Under no circumstances shall HYGGECOOP EUROPE SL extract data from social networks, unless the User’s consent to do so has been expressly obtained for the case concerned.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
HYGGECOOP EUROPE SL reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation or case law, as well as to industry practices. In such cases, HYGGECOOP EUROPE SL shall announce on this page the amendments introduced reasonably in advance of their implementation.
